IT Chapter Two Movie Box Office Collection Day 1 and Day 2, Plot, Reviews and Ratings

IT Chapter two is the sequel to IT released in 2017, based on Stephen King’s novel with the same name. The movie is a 169 minutes long supernatural horror is set in 2016; 27 years after group of friends encountered the terrifying Pennywise, the Dancing Clown (Bill Skarsgård). The ‘Loser Club’ reunites as evil resurfaces to terrorize the small town of Derry. James McAvoy, Jay Ryan, Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, Isaiah Mustafa, James Ransone and Andy Bean play the adult version of the ‘Loser Club’, while Jaeden Martell, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Sophia Lillis, Finn Wolfhard, Chosen Jacobs, Jack Dylan Grazer and Wyatt Oleff their respective younger selves.

When the loser club last came together to defeat Pennywise, it was 27 years ago and after that all of them had parted ways with a promise to return back home if ever the evil was to return to town leading to the present when Mike Hanlon (Isaiah Mustafa) calls all his friends as the kids start disappearing again and he is the only one still residing in the same town. In order to defeat the horrifying clown, they all need to conquer their deepest fears seated inside them due to the damage caused to them in the past as the clown has become deadlier than ever.

All the music in the film is composed by Benjamin Wallfisch, which includes 47 original Motion Pictures soundtracks. The movie had its world premiere at the Regency Village Theater in Los Angeles, California on 26th August 2019 and theatrically released everywhere on 6th September 2019. Directed by Andy Muschietti and written by Gary Dauberman, this movie has grossed $95-120 million on the opening weekend in United States and Canada alone.

With an 84% score on the Tomatometer by Rotten Tomatoes and 7.4/10 by IMDb, the movie is bound to give you the chills when you least expect them and there are moments of humor and wit spread strategically throughout the plot. Even if the film is not perceived as scarier than its predecessor but it holds to its level. So get your scare on this weekend and be prepared to scream your lungs out with IT Chapter Two.
